Privacy and transparency

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Growth Marketing handles information when you visit our website, request a proposal, or interact with our digital campaigns.

Who we are and the scope of this policy

Growth Marketing is an independent digital marketing operation serving the United States market. This policy applies to the Growth Marketing website and information received through its contact form.

It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that have their own privacy policies.

  • Full name, business name, email, phone number, and the optional message submitted through the form.
  • Other information you choose to provide during later communications with us.

  • Source URL and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term.
  • Your selected site language, stored in a browser cookie or local storage.
  • IP address, date and time, browser user agent, and technical logs needed for security, diagnostics, and request rate limiting.

Measurement and advertising

  • When enabled through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel may collect device and browser data, pages visited, traffic source, interaction events, cookies, and advertising identifiers.

How we use information

We process information as needed to respond to your request, operate and secure the website, pursue legitimate business interests, and, where required, with your consent or to comply with legal obligations.

We use information to

  • Receive, review, and respond to your proposal or contact request.
  • Send an automated receipt confirmation and notify our team of a new contact.
  • Prevent spam, abuse, fraud, and technical failures and protect the website and its users.
  • Understand how the website and campaigns are used, measure conversions, and improve content, advertising, and user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend rights when necessary.

Analytics and digital advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel. These tools help attribute campaigns, measure relevant actions, and create or optimize advertising audiences.

We do not intentionally configure these tools to receive raw form contents such as your name, email, phone number, or message. Providers may process the data they collect under their own policies, settings, and terms.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to remember language preferences, maintain essential functions, analyze usage, and measure advertising. Some technologies are set by third parties when their tools are active.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage preferences directly with Google and Meta. Disabling them may affect certain features or measurement accuracy. Signals such as Global Privacy Control will be considered when and as required by applicable law and available technical configuration.

How we share information

We may share information only with providers needed to host and secure the website, deliver email, operate the form, measure campaigns, and provide our services. These may include VPS and infrastructure providers, Resend or another transactional email provider, Zoho Mail, Google, and Meta.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a legitimate business reorganization. We do not sell personal data for money. In some U.S. states, the use of advertising technologies may legally constitute sharing or targeted advertising.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to a contact, follow a potential business relationship, protect the system, and meet legal obligations. The period varies according to the nature of the data and the reason it is processed.

Data held by analytics, advertising, hosting, and email providers is also subject to the retention settings we select and those providers’ policies. When data is no longer needed, we seek to delete or securely anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS in production, access controls, data validation, spam protection, and request rate limiting. However, no internet system or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of, or a copy of your data; restrict or object to certain processing; and opt out of targeted advertising or sharing.

To exercise a right, email us below. We may request enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children’s privacy

The website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted data, please contact us so we can review its deletion.

International processing

We serve the United States market and use providers that may process information in the United States or other countries. The laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, providers, or law. The published version will show a new effective date. Material changes may be highlighted on the website when appropriate.
